10 cabochon cut rubies, blue sapphires, and emeralds, bezel set in the center of each flower, four flowers pave set diamonds, each flower is applied individually and has slight movement each one, added to a wide cuff, stamped "CLEOPATAR, 750", 18kt. yellow and white gold, safety chain with hidden clasp, with one matching flower charm, 1-1/5 in. wide, approx. inside measurement 6-1/2 in., 90.0 grams
