Chinese, censer form rounded body with slightly flared rim, sides with carved decoration of leaves and flowers, rounded foot, interior conical nozzle for wick, base of nozzle unglazed, 3-3/8 x 6-1/2 in.
Notes: Though at first glance this appears to look like a censer, one should note the manufactured hole in the base of the central wick holder.  The bottom of the piece would be filled with oil and it would fill the reservoir to fuel the lamp.
