1799 XF with some 'halo' effect around devices from a previous wiping; 1803 has a series of small marks around the southern periphery of the obverse (perhaps adjustment marks to the planchet prior to striking), light rim scuffing/bruising around 3:00, extensive tooling on reverse just above eagle's head, VF details otherwise
