hand-written document, an order punishing a colonial woman for "adultery and fornication," issued by the Parish of Christ Church, the woman was ordered to stand outside the church in a white sheet and had to confess her sins inside the church, written on laid paper, 11 x 7-1/4 in. paper reinforced on the back along the left edge otherwise very good.
