40 round single cut diamonds, estimated 1.00ctw., H-I, SI, two heart shaped cabochon rubies, attached is a treble clef on 1-5/8 in. length chain, both have straight bar pins, over all design is 2-7/8 in x 1-1/4 in. without treble clef attachment, stamped “14k”, 14kt. yellow gold and white gold, 22.1 grams
